Cast a Line on a Fishing Adventure

Grab a Beer and Some Food
After a day swinging, paddling, or casting, you’ll want to relax with a cold brew. Tybee Island offers some great locations to sample some of the Savannah area’s craft beers. Several restaurants are just a hop, skip and a jump from your Tybee Island property.
Salt Island Fish & Beer, for example, serves cold, local craft beer with appetizers like beer cheese hush puppies, smoked fish dip and baked oysters. For an entree, dive into a thick, juicy Salt Island burger topped with pimento cheese and fried onion, or the beer-battered fish sandwich made with wild-caught flounder, sweet onion coleslaw served on a brioche bun.
You can also taste a local brew at Coco’s Sunset Grille at Lazaretto Creek Marina. Try Coastal Empire Savannah Brown on draft or the house brew, CocoBock. Chow down on a shrimp cake sandwich, CoCo’s Wings or a seafood dinner. You can’t go wrong with dinner on their deck.
