Chef’s fried chicken served with mouthwatering mac and cheese
Grilled pork tenderloin, made with bourbon molasses, and served with a sweet potato topped with pecan vanilla butter and a side of collards
Pecan-crusted chicken with a blackberry bourbon glaze, served with collards and a sweet potato topped with pecan vanilla butter
Dessert:
Pecan pie gets taken up a notch with its cinnamon pecan crust, dark chocolate, plenty of pecans and served with vanilla bean ice cream
Peanut butter and praline mousse bomb is made with peanut butter mousse, chocolate ganache and praline crisps
The house-made seasonal fruit sorbet, particularly if the choice is raspberry pear sorbet
Praline basket is made with almonds, pecans, vanilla bean ice cream, mango-citrus puree, and seasonal fruit.
