Ring in 2023 on the Savannah River! Set sail with Savannah Riverboat Cruises on a New Year’s Eve Gala Cruise from 8:30 pm. to 12:30 am. For families, a special New Year’s Eve Dinner Cruise takes place from 5-8 p.m.

Nature lovers can make it a really Wild Night on Ossabaw Island. This overnight trip leaves from Delegal Marina on Skidaway Island on New Year’s Eve afternoon. Enjoy an interpretive walk on the island’s north end after checking into quarters. After a full New Year’s Eve dinner, which features an array of Southern sides, hear tales of Ossabaw Island around the fire pit while devouring s’mores. At midnight, ring in the New Year with a champagne toast. Then get a hearty farm-to-table breakfast on New Year’s Day before returning to the mainland.
