If you're looking for mid-sized Savannah vacation homes, The LaRoche Estate on Pulaski Square is an excellent option. This property has two bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home opens into a gorgeous parlor filled with cozy couches and chairs, and the floor space then flows to a petite kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and space for preparing drinks. Going downstairs to the garden level of the home reveals a spacious living room with a flatscreen television and a full-sized kitchen and dining area.

The house provides sleeping spaces for six guests. Upstairs, there are two luxurious bedrooms with their own en-suite baths. One room has a king-sized bed while the other has a queen-sized bed. Downstairs, the den offers additional sleeping accommodations with a queen-sized Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, and private full bath.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
The LaRoche Estate on Pulaski Square is not a pet friendly home. If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50 lbs for a pet fee of $130. Contact our office for more information.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Our stay at the LaRoche Estate on Pulaski Square in Savannah was without a doubt the most beautiful and comfortable accommodation we have ever found. This was our 1st visit to Savannah, a place we have been looking forward to experiencing for many years. Our stay at the LaRoche Estate was the perfect place to begin and end each day. It is beautifully appointed, clean, quiet and provided everything we could possibly need or want to feel at home in a strange city. It was our headquarters for exploring and is perfectly located so that we had no need for a car. We walked everywhere and at the end of the day slept like children in the comfort of what felt like home. Thank you for a superior experience . We will be sure to stay at the LaRoche Estate if we visit Savannah in the future.

Everything was perfect especially the outdoor space. It was right out of a magazine. Every potted plant was beautiful done. The owners actually had a kitchen cabinet with oils, spices,tuna, soups etc. which said “help yourself “. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless.I'll be back for sure

We had a wonderful stay at the LaRoche estate. It's more beautiful in person than even the gorgeous photos indicate. Very high end finishes make it stand out from your typical rental. We rent several apartments a year internationally and this is one of my top five. The home is very well stocked beyond the vast majority of homes we have rented. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere. It was nice to have the square across the street for my two children to run around in the afternoons. Having an outdoor space in the courtyard was an extra bonus. We definitely look forward to staying here again and I will definitely recommend it to friends.
