Enter through the second floor's front door to see the living room. It's a bright and airy space with plush seating spread out across the room. Activate the ceiling fans, and open the windows for a cool, ocean breeze. The Little Beach Cottage is only a few blocks from the beach, so you'll feel the salty air as it comes through the windows.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and kitchen. Seat four people at the booth-style dining table that has a 1950's vibe. It's perfect for casual meals before hitting the beach.

Enjoy the full kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and small appliances. Bring your groceries, and use the ample storage in the kitchen to stay organized. Whip up a gourmet meal or keep it simple as you enjoy Tybee Island vacation homes.

The Little Beach Cottage comes with two bedrooms and queen-size beds. Each room has plenty of cabinets and drawers along with flat-screen TVs. This property has a maximum occupancy of six people. There's a queen-size air mattress available, which allows everyone to spread out into their respective rooms at night.

Both bedrooms come with full bathrooms, including shower/tub combinations. Stretch out in a bubble bath, or give the kids a fun bathing experience. The Little Beach Cottage is perfect for families, groups of friends or even small reunions.

Little Beach Cottage is perfectly located on Tybee's South End which puts you within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. This quiet street on 2nd Ave is also Tybee's bike path, which is a fun and convenient way to get around the island.

Relaxing Outdoors
One of the most breathtaking parts of the Little Beach Cottage is the outdoor areas. There's a mixture of enclosed and open spaces for your enjoyment. Beneath the property is a carport patio. Air comes through the wall slats with ceiling fans above for a comfortable breeze. If any rain threatens the outdoor fun, you have this area to relax in. It comes complete with chairs, a picnic table and a dry bar. Bring your own libations for this hidden retreat.

Just outside of the carport is a side area with patio furniture and a picnic table. It's open to the exterior with a covered section. Relax with loved ones as the small garden nearby gives you a focal point.

Walk up to the second floor for even more outdoor seating. Both the front and back porches are screened in. You'll find rocking chairs, patio furniture and tables in both areas. The property comes with parking for three vehicles. Street parking isn't a concern. With this fact in mind, take a road trip one day to see other parts of the island, including the Tybee Island Lighthouse and Museum. Some vacationers take a longer road trip over to Savannah, GA. It's about 20 miles away from the coast. Enjoy even more Southern hospitality in this big city. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

We loved the cottage, it was decorated so cute. We sat on the front porch allot reading and enjoying the peaceful setting. It was only a three block walk to the beach and we walked to several different eateries and shopping. We loved it!
