Unit B features a relaxed open floorplan designed for economy of space. The galley-style kitchen features built-in appliances, lots of cupboards and a sleek sense of style. The adjacent living room basks in big helpings of sunlight. A ceiling fan above helps regulate the temperature to your liking while the large sectional sofa makes space for everybody when it’s time to relax after a busy day at the beach. A super-sized TV provides entertainment on those rare occasions when you’re staying in. The large area rug accents the sparkling hardwood flooring. An artfully decorated half-bath just off the kitchen adds convenience to the main floor.

The sleeping accommodations await at the top of the open staircase. Unit B sleeps four guests. Filtered sunlight flows in from the covered balcony just outside the first bedroom. In addition to the on-site pools at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the south end of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Overall

WOW our family is obsessed with this house. This rental was hands down the best vacation rental our family has ever stayed at. The house and landscaping was stunning. So well maintained and the house had high end finished throughout. The house is directly on the beach front, making it SO easy for our family with little kids to get on and off the beach. The pool was stunning. Super clean and there was a pool guy there cleaning it twice while we were there. The yard and property were so spacious with plenty of room for the kids to run around. The kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated the starter pack of items. At one point, there was a lady fixing the oven in the main house (which we didn’t have access to) and she made our family a huge charcuterie board for our inconvenience. It was no inconvenience at all to us but we graciously accepted this kind gesture. Also the location to restaurants and bars is wonderful, it was only a few minute walk. Whenever we needed something (ie help with closing the front gate), southern belle very quickly responded to texts or sent someone out to help. If you’re thinking about renting this place, DO IT. The price could not be beat for the luxury you’re living in. We would love to come back, thank you for allowing us to stay.

This beautiful beach home on Tybee was the perfect escape for our Memorial Day weekend! Your stress will fade away and disappear the moment you drive through the gate to this wonderful compound...the unit, the grounds, the pool, the beach, everything was incredible. It was definitely a little slice of heaven on Tybee. All of the little touches made everything easier for us when we arrived (the video from the owner/the starter items in the fridge). I plan to stay at this beautiful home again. I hated leaving.
