Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Jetsetter is the perfect location and a very safe,secure unit. Spotless with no dust on surfaces or in corners. The most well stocked condo I've ever rented. Pics are exactly how it is. Staff responded to text almost immediately and really made me feel valued. I wouldn't rent from any other company here or in Tybee Beach. Can't rave enough about how happy I was with every single thing.

I have suggested Southern Belle rentals to numerous friends who have come to Savannah and rented from you folks. At one point I joked that I should be on your payroll… Your price has gone up by $500 which makes you very comparable with some of the cheaper hotels. The first time we stayed… You were way cheaper and it was such a great deal. If your price point gets much higher, I would not stay at Southern Belle but would look at other rental options such as Airbnb. Although our second experience with Southern Belle was not nearly as seamless as the first, I would stay with you again. I do have a couple suggestions that I think would really go a long way to help make your guests feel a little more at home and comfortable. It would be so nice to have even two cold bottles of water in the refrigerator when people come from the airport. It would also be so nice to have a personal box of tissues in each of the bedrooms and perhaps a waste paper basket in each as well. There were a box of tissues in the bathroom but they were half gone from other guests and it would be nice to have a fresh box. Buy smaller boxes and don't make strangers share toiletries. Why not have a map of Savannah available on the coffee table and some suggestions of just a few things that are near each rental property? Not touristy savannah things but neighborhood things that are near. With regards to the jet setter, Savannah Coffee Roasters, Hitch, Green Fire pizza, Parker's urban market.... places that people could run out and grab some food or toiletries that are just a couple blocks away. There is lots of information about stores on Broughton or River Street but that does not help when you simply need a few bottles of water or want a good pizza or some joe. The pillows were horrendous on the beds. Seriously… Hard, lumpy, yuck. Lastly, I think in your emails and correspondence to your guests, you should be clear what you do not have at the property. We were staying for eight days and had three rolls of toilet paper. It would have been nice to know that we should have brought some from home, definitely some type of all purpose cleaner for the house which we bought and left for the next guests, we needed paper towels, there was nothing to write on so a pad of paper would have been nice to bring, guests need detergent and dryer sheets… Things that people could bring from home instead of trying to go to a grocery store. Just a thought.

It was wonderful. Such a nice, safe neighborhood which was so important to me. QUIET too! Never heard a peep from any neighbors. People in the neighborhood introduced themselves and were welcoming. The house was eclectic and very clean. Beds were so comfy and the internet worked fine and never gave us any trouble. Lots of good channels to watch although we were busy and didn't watch much TV. Loved the patio too. Up to date appliances all in good working order, except maybe the temp on the fridge as mentioned above, and the directions for the appliances were in a basket for reference if needed which I thought was a good idea. A/C worked great too. Thank you for having us!! I would come back tomorrow if I could!

Ate at The Pink House (not budget friendly) but worth it. We were then given a tour of the home and met one of the owners. Everyone was very friendly. Tuesday we ate at Spanky's at the river front. The burger was very good the spuds were great and the drinks were $1.50 due to their 40th anniversary. I would recommend the Old Savannah Tour hop on, hop off. A wealth of information. Our tour guide an English gentleman( I regret I have forgotten his name) was very knowledgeable. The river boat cruise was more informative about vessels and the shipping industry than the town history. Not what we were expecting or hoping for. All and all a good holiday.

I chose this one due to the offstreet parking (which was more $$)... and the offstreet parking was NEVER available the entire time we were there..... we kept checkign for a spot to "free up"... never did....

EVERYTHING! Not only was the property CLEAN and comfortable, it came with everything that we needed and the LOCATION was awesome! I was able to walk to my work conference several blocks away, there were gems of restaurants in every corner close by, and we felt we were at home as it was in the middle of a safe, beautiful neighborhood! Not to mention FREE parking! (I noticed in other comments, that people stated it was a lot of walking but it really wasn't!) I HIGHLY recommend this property!
