The balcony also connects to the main bedroom, where you can rest on a queen-sized bed and wake up to more beautiful ocean views. This room includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub, providing added privacy. A second bedroom off the main living area also features a queen bed and its own full bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the living room with a sofa bed.

Lighthouse Point is a gated community on north end of Tybee with private beach access, tennis courts, two on site swimming pools, and a kiddie pool. Please note the Lighthouse Point community pools are open year round but they are not heated. For heated pool access you may use the Southern Belle pool located at 19 Silver Ave. See Southern Belle pool hours below for hours of operation.

Southern Belle Pool
In addition to the on site unheated pools at Lighthouse Point, our guests have access to Southern Belle's beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
No pets are allowed in the Lighthouse Point Community. If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total
weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. Inquire with our reservations team for more information.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

Beautiful view of the ocean and easy walk to the beach. The condo was super comfy with room for two couples. The separation of the rooms was a nice touch and there was enough furniture to sit on a rainy day.
