Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

We loved the quiet , historic location. There were plenty of places to eat and shop away from the crowded Broughton area. It is a relatively short walk to River St also. We enjoyed the clean, well kept apt on the top floor.

Our stay was terrific. We have worked with reservationist Georgia for 3 years now, and she knows exactly how to place us. During our stay, we met Edwin and Christopher who were all very gracious. You replaced the microwave and vacuum cleaner when requested, and even volunteered an air purifier. Our texts to the office were returned within an hour on every occasion (Tonya, Mia, Mel, Lyonya, Yosh.) Great service!

The location was absolutely perfect!! Lots of things to do, see, & eat within walking distance...and most everything within a 10 minute drive. The Apt was bright & airy, warm, clean, & had wonderful downtown views...we ABSOLUTELY loved it! We'll be back!

Absolutely delightful stay. It was our first time in Savannah, celebrating our 25th anniversary. The rooms were spacious and cheery. The furniture and bed were so comfortable. Delightful city views from three sides of the building including the backside of Mercer House. An easy walk to Monterey Square and Forsyth Park. Plenty of parking in front of the building (purchased 4-day pass). Hope to come back one day!

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Super comfortable bed. We had a great time staying here. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to see in Savannah and the pool on Tybee island was very nice. Very responsive and accommodating. We needed to stay an extra night due to flight delays and the company responded quickly and was able to accommodate us.
