Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Must be 25 to rent this home. No guests staying in or visiting the property can be under the age of 18 including children and infants of our renters.

A large dining, living room, and kitchen area stretches across the first floor while a loft overlooks the living space. This main area provides a gathering space for your whole vacation group while separate bedrooms branch off to give you a little privacy.

This sleekly updated home is the perfect backdrop to a vacation. Warm natural wood and soft cream hues combine to provide a restful ambiance in the main living space. This theme continues in the bedroom, where light shades of grey, white, and tan are the main color palette. Bright pops of green and red hues provide a cheerful splash of color in a few key spaces.

Our spacious three bedroom, three bathroom home is great for bachelorette trips, family getaways, and group vacations.

Sleeping spots for you and your guests are evenly distributed throughout the home. In the master, you can rest on the king sized bed or take a shower in the en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms are equally spacious with each one holding a queen sized bed and a seating area. If your party needs a little more room, check out the loft upstairs. This spacious second floor has couches that fold out to sleep additional guests.

The bedrooms aren't the only roomy part of our accommodations. The living room and dining area is also sized to suit the needs of larger parties. With an open floor plan, some members of your group can relax in the living room while others work on cooking breakfast. Everyone can easily gather in the living room to watch a movie, or you can meet up around the large dining table to discuss your plans for the day.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We were a family of 6 adults. Everyone thought the house was beautiful and even more so than the photos. The back porch is covered and a lovely place to sit. The location is perfect only 2 blocks or less from Forsyth Park! There is a grocery around the corner and walkable distances to cafes. This is a duplex with a tenant living on the first floor. But the entrances are all private. The only con would be that as the top 2 floors are above another unit, you cannot enter without going up a staircase. So, if you have trouble with stairs, this isn't the place for you.

Forsyth Artist Retreat was amazing. Nothing was overlooked when it came to the needs of guests. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, there’s a work station in one of the bedrooms and a porch for happy hour. In addition, the place was spotless. The art work throughout the condo is beautiful. We could not have asked for a better location! We certainly got our steps in that week. If you choose not to walk, the DOT is free. So many restaurants to choose from (or the grocery store a block away). So much to do; sight seeing trolleys, ghost tours, food tour, SCAD, Savannah Theatre, River walk……

We were a party of 3 women for a girls trip to Savannah. Staying at the Artist Retreat was perfect for us with the layout of 3 bedrooms and baths. We loved the artwork on display and everything we could have needed was in the house. The location was ideal too for walking into the interesting parts of the historical and Victorian districts. Southern Belle was in regular contact too both before and during our stay to make sure everything was ok.

My group of 7 spent a long weekend at this property and really enjoyed ourselves and our time there. It was very close to downtown and walkable to everything. We did use the free DOT several times because it was air conditioned and convenient :) The home itself was clean and roomy. The bedrooms are located on opposites sides of the main level and then upstairs so they felt spread out and private. We spent a lot of time in the living room/kitchen space, it was a great place to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back porch was so nice and peaceful, we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening out there.

Beautiful place to stay with a great location. Back porch is a wonderful place to sit and relax. Mattresses are very comfy!! Easy walk to the park, Kroger's or natural market. You can also hop on and off the trolley tour close by. Only surprise was, please be aware the condo is on the second floor so stairs are required to get in. Southern Belle Team want to be sure you enjoy your stay and would check on you via text which was appreciated.

We were 3 couples spending a week exploring Savannah and the condo was a perfect space for us! Great location in a quiet neighborhood (easy walk to grocery store and coffee shop), with access by free shuttle to downtown and waterfront. Communication with Southern Belle staff was outstanding -- very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, and we loved the porch at any time of day!

We enjoyed our stay so much , we will be booking again in near future. The home was immaculate, The decor flowed with vibe of home and furnishings were beautiful. Did I mention how great the beds slept and all appliances were updated. So if you do not mind walking a few stairs this is an excellent property. Host was awesome at getting us checked into home, getting us access to pool on Tybee Island. the host reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay.
