Three bedrooms and two roomy bathrooms easily accommodate larger vacationing groups.

Our Tybee vacation rentals also provide plenty of room for relaxing between all your beach trips and adventures. Enjoy a quiet breakfast at the breakfast bar, or use the extra long dining table to have a nice dinner. The open floor plan seamlessly transitions from the dining room to the living room. When you're ready to relax, sink into the plush armchairs and cozy sofa. A widescreen tv lets you watch all your favorite movies and shows.

Our Tybee vacation homes come stocked with all the essentials. You get plenty of fluffy pillows, soft blankets, and fresh towels. In addition to our fresh linens, we also provide you with all the basic cooking tools. You can visit the less populated North Beach to collect shells and spot dolphins, or you can go to the South Beach area for delicious restaurants and fun shops. The entire Tybee Island area is very walkable, with plenty of great dining and shopping opportunities less than a mile from Beachside Colony.

Tybee Island has enough things to do to keep you busy for days. However, if you do want to plan any day trips while you're at Beachside Colony Unit 613, Savannah is just a 30 minute drive away. Walk around Forsyth Park, take a tour of classic antebellum architecture, and soak up the history of this fascinating town. Savannah is known for its arts and culture as well. The town is a foodie paradise, filled with restaurants, breweries, and more. There are also several art museums, concert venues, and other fun entertainment options.

Southern Belle Pool

In addition to the on-site pool at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.
