In addition to the on-site pools at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Unit 112 was well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and in great shape. Walking distance to beach, to shopping and some really nice restaurants. Southern Belle was very attentive and helpful.

We stayed at the brass rail, 112, beautifully decorated with all the bells and whistles. Huge kitchen supply. Great view of the pool. Comfortable beds and very soft linens. We had a few issues with the gate codes other than that everything went very well.

This condo is in a perfect location, close to everything. The condo is very clean and well maintained. We loved the grill right on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Southern Belle vacation rental kept in contact with us to make sure we didn't need anything. I highly recommend this rental company and brass rail unit 112.

The condo was great! It had everything it was advertised to have. I loved the proximity to the beach and to downtown Tybee Island. We could walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. My condo balcony overlooked the pool and I could watch my grandchildren swim from the balcony. I liked the keyless entry - very convenient. I felt secure because of the locked gates on premises. The staff and i texted a couple of times over a couple minor issues that they helped me easily solve. They were very helpful. When opportunity presents itself, I will definitely recommend Southern Belle and Brass Rail to my friends. Thank you for a great vacation.

This condo is light and airy and has a great,large balcony overlooking the pool. It is about 1/2 block from the beach and the pier. There is lots to do at this location all within walking distance. We were hear last year but had to leave early due to the hurricane coming so wanted to come back and reserved the same condo!

We had a great time at Tybee and Brass Rail 112 was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The location was perfect! This place is steps away from the beach and a short walk to food and shopping. Brass Rail 112 is close to everything you need but still quiet and private. We will definitely stay here again.
