This one bedroom, one bathroom vacation home has a great blend of style and comfort. Overall, the entire home makes it easy to experience the beauty, elegance, and history of this classic southern town.

As you walk into our Savannah vacation homes, the first thing you will see is the beautiful exposed brick walls, heart pine flooring, and antique fireplaces. The inviting living room combines modern sleekness with traditional decor, and accents of velvet and gold create a classic and sophisticated atmosphere. From the combined living room and dining room, walk into an open kitchen filled with the latest appliances. This roomy space makes it easy to whip up tasty meals while chatting with everyone hanging out in the great room.

The bedroom is located off of the dining area. It has a king sized bed and stunning windows overlooking one of Savannah's most charming historic districts. Closets with hangers give you plenty of spots to store your belongings. An en-suite bathroom is tastefully decorated with touches of historic design, but it also has a roomy, modern tub and shower. In addition to the master bedroom, the living room also includes a comfortable Murphy bed. Altogether, the whole home easily fits four people.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Just perfect! Love this location on Chatham Square as it’s peaceful, quiet and has a gorgeous view. Just away enough from the bustle of downtown Savannah, yet walkable to any place. Historic charm, super clean, tidy, and comfy bed - it’s fantastic. The host company was very responsive and shout out to Mia for all her helpful info and coordination.

Live Oak is a charming place to lay your head! Very easy to get around Savannah either by foot or car from this location .Quiet and clean with a feel of lux. The owner was accessible and attentive. Live Oak will certainly be our first choice for return visits to Savannah.

Arrived with my mom for a birthday and early Mother's Day trip and we had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the excellent communication from the staff at Southern Belle making sure everything was perfect. Like others have mentioned, you must go up a set of stairs outside, for anyone who has mobility challenges, but there is a hand railing and my mom was able to navigate just fine. The rental is as pictured and had everything we needed. The bed is extremely comfortable! The neighborhood is very quiet, too. We loved that the rental overlooks one of Savannah's beautiful squares and was within easy walking distance to the tours that we planned and to Forsyth Park. Also close to stops for the free DOT shuttle bus to get you closer to the river. We parked on W. Gordon and kept our car there the entire time using the ParkSavannah app. There was ample parking available while we were there in mid-April. Less than a 10-minute walk to the Gryphon where we highly recommend going for afternoon tea or lunch! We would definitely stay here again and have already suggested this rental and Southern Belle to our friends.

This place was perfect! Everything was lovely and just as described. Walking distance to almost everything we wanted yo do in Savannah. We were checked on our first day to be certain everything was in order and answered any questions we had. We found parking on the street each time we left and came back so we were able to have easy access to our place. I loved it and have already recommended it to a friend. We will be back!!

The Gordon Inn Live Oak was the perfect location for our Savannah get away. The apartment was everything we expected and so clean. We flew in from NY and rented a car. The street parking was very easy to manage. The place is located in the beautiful historic district right next to one of the squares and in walking distance to almost everything. Throughout my planning and while in Savannah all emails and texts were responded to right away. They even checked in to make sure everything was okay for us when we got to the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment for others. It was just perfect!!!

Location was perfect, just above Forsyth park and across the street from Chatham Square. Just a couple of blocks to some of the prettiest streets in Savannah, Jones and Taylor Street. The riverfront and Bay Street are walkable, 20 minutes, while taking in historic Savannah. Took Uber rides to and from dinner occasionally, less than $10. Apartment was clean, well appointed and appeared as promised. Antique furnishings are gorgeous. Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi. During our stay, there was ample street parking to be found, which is a buck an hour from 8 AM -5 p on weekdays but free on the weekends. Easy to use app to keep your self legal although we had to use two accounts as occasionally it would not allow you to extend your time. you do have to pay attention to the street cleaning postings. Alternatively, there is a parking garage within walking distance.Front steps and a high step into the shower/tub, might be a challenge for the less mobile.Overall, a very good townhouse, and a great location. Would certainly stay here again, if the opportunity arises.

Everything was exactly as pictured, perfectly clean, and comfortable. Since it was just me, the provided toiletries and paper goods were the perfect amount without needing to restock myself. The pool was beautiful and well kept, and the location is great for walking around and exploring downtown. It's slightly less than a mile to River Street. I felt comfortable coming in and out alone. Parking was also straight forward. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I loved our stay at the Gordon Inn Live Oak! We loved the great location. It was an easy walk to town everyday. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that. The room bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have A/C to come back to in the hot days. This was our first trip to savannah and it was perfect! We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The place was beautiful! The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. The bed was comfortable, very nice bedding. One thing that could use clarification is the pool situation. We took an Uber ($100 round trip)to Tybee Island to go to the pool. It was not exactly a “resort” style. It was very small, and there were no working umbrellas. Next time we would skip the pool. Everything else was great!

Southern Belle’s property Live Oak @ 127 W Gordon was wonderful. The actual property is beautiful. The Building is an old brownstone built in pre civil war Savannah on one of the most beautiful squares. (Chatham. Square) The location is just off a Main Street but far enough so it is very quiet. It is one block from Forsythe Park and very walkable to the north historic district with all the restaurants and shopping. If you’ve never been to Savannah this is a prime location and relaxing and comfortable. The townhouse is divided up into individual rental units. The Live Oak is the main living room of the house and there is a lovely large bedroom in the back. There are high quality appliances including a washer and dryer in the unit. The shower was great, the bed was big and comfortable. I highly recommend Southern Belle Live Oak.

The property was immaculately clean when we arrived. The location is in the quietest part of the city, but within walking distance of everything. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was up-to-date and had everything you need. The washer and dryer came in handy. The bathroom wasn’t huge but was roomy enough and the shower/tub combo had plenty of room and a waterfall shower head. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy. I would stay there again. No doubt in my mind. 5 out of 5 stars.

We had never been to Savannah. The Live Oak was a perfect place to be for our anniversary. About a mile to River st. The Forsyth Park was two blocks walk away. Kroger was about a half mile. Everything was in wonderful condition. You have a patio in the back. Locks were easy to work with. Key pad for front door and lock box with key inside for your private door. The rental company even brought me a hair dryer when I realized the apartment didn't have one. Very nice customer service! I would highly recommend!
