This set of vacation rentals in Savannah GA is located inside of a stunning townhome from the 1800s. When designing Gordon Inn Holly, we wanted something that paid tribute to the home's historical origins yet still provided plenty of elegance and convenience. Ultimately, we left most of the home's architectural features, such as the fireplace and hearth, intact. At the same time, we brought in designer furniture and high end comforts.

The color scheme for our vacation rentals Savannah GA blends rich, natural wood with soft greens and muted florals. A marble backdrop in the kitchen and a golden ginkgo-inspired chandelier add a little opulence that suits this high-end vacation home well. At the same time, natural textures like woven rattan and soft velvet ensure create a homey, welcoming vibe.

Gordon Inn Holly is perfect for those looking for a solo adventure, a couple's getaway, or a trip with a close friend. This adorable little townhome studio comfortably fits two people. It contains a great room with a bed, dining, and cooking area and a private bathroom.

The main room of Gordon Inn Holly is a roomy space with a charming exposed brick wall, a wood burning fireplace, and heart pine floors. A wall filled with floor to ceiling windows overlooks the beautiful Chatham Square. The main room has a comfy, king sized bed for you to enjoy. One wall contains a useful little kitchenette with a sink and some counter space. Store some leftovers or snacks in the fridge or use the coffee maker to whip up a morning cup of joe.

Against the back wall, two cozy armchairs and a table provide you with space to have a meal or just kick back and relax. The en suite bathroom provides you with a spa like atmosphere. It uses the same marble found in the main room to create a crisp, white design. The bathroom has a historically accurate console sink, a full sized tub, and a shower.

In addition to providing the luxury and comfort of all our other Savannah vacation homes, Gordon Inn Holly also has one of the best addresses in town. It is situated directly next to Chatham Square, a lovely little park designed back in the early 1800s. This square is known as one of the quieter Savannah squares. Filled with soaring live oaks, rolling lawns, and brick pathways, it is a favorite spot for weddings and tranquil walks. The square also borders Pepe Hall, a part of the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Once you step out the door of our Savannah vacation rentals on Gordon Street, you are just a short walk away from all sorts of attractions. Grab a tasty cake or pastry from Wicked Cakes, have brunch at Gryphon, or enjoy the classic southern food at Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room. Other highlights in the area include the Mercer-Williams House Museum, the Hurn Museum of Contemporary Folk Art, and several adorable little local boutiques.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Perfect venue for me and my husband. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of busy downtown Savannah. No problems with check-in or out. The room is beautiful and comfortable. My husband loved the firm foam mattress. We loved the coffee shop on Liberty (just 3-4 blocks away) Savannah Coffee Roasters. Great place for coffee and breakfast. We will definitely be back! May get a unit with kitchen next time. :)
