Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

A Welcoming and Relaxing Environment

We carefully design our Tybee Island vacation homes to create the ideal environment for your vacation. As you walk in, you immediately see an airy living room filled with natural light, stylish furniture, and a fun coral and blue color palette. The main part of the home has an open floor plan that includes a living room, dining room, and roomy kitchen. Large French doors open onto a charming patio where you can catch an ocean breeze.

The rest of the home has the same cheerful, ocean theme. Rattan furniture and woven rugs provide a soft, natural touch, while the crisp blue and white decor makes you immediately want to step onto the beach. Along the walls, nautical paintings create a tasteful and unique ambiance.

Spend Time With All Your Loved Ones

Life's a Beach is one of our larger vacation rentals Tybee Island GA. This two-story home has five bedrooms and three baths, and altogether, it sleeps 12 people. The upper part of the home contains a gathering place for you and your family and friends. Multiple plush couches and armchairs are the ideal gathering space, or you can enjoy a meal at the spacious dining table. In addition to the dining table that seats six, there is also a breakfast bar with seating for six.

When you're ready to relax, check out one of the five bedrooms. The ones on the second floor are particularly peaceful. The master's bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bath with a shower and tub. There are two more bedrooms that each have a single queen bed. More spots to sleep are found in a bedroom with two queen beds and a bedroom with two twin beds. There are also two additional bathrooms in the home.

Access Incredible Amenities

To make your vacation even better, we provide Tybee Island vacation homes with a lot of extra amenities. In the fully-equipped kitchen, you have access to a full-sized oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. It also contains smaller appliances like coffee makers and all the cooking essentials you need for a tasty meal. These amenities make it easy to relax at home with your loved ones when you don't feel like dining out. You can grab a quick breakfast before going to the beach or prepare an elaborate dinner party.

When you step outside, you'll see one of the best parts of this home. Life's a Beach has its own private swimming pool. There are lounge chairs to relax in the sun, or you can enjoy a shady meal under the patio umbrella. There is even a grill, so you can plan some fun cookouts. If you're in the mood for an even more luxurious experience, you also have access to our resort-style swimming pool which is heated during the chillier months.

Throughout the home, you will find all sorts of thoughtful comforts. The bedrooms have plush pillows, and the bathrooms are loaded with extra towels. Central HVAC heats and cools the house to your desired temperature. A washer and dryer make it easy to get sand and saltwater out of your clothes. The home is also technology-friendly, with satellite television and Wifi throughout the house. We provide soap, shampoo, hairdryers, hangers, and an iron. You can even bring along a furry friend if you want since our vacation home is pet-friendly.

A Convenient and Fun Location for Any Vacation

Our Tybee vacation rentals put you right in the middle of all that Tybee has to offer. Life's a Beach is situated right by South Beach. This lets you enjoy all the fun activities of South Tybee while still having plenty of peace and quiet. You're just a short walk from Tybee Beach Pier, or you can ride a bike up to North Beach. All of Tybee's beaches have soft sand and gentle waves that are perfect for swimming, surfing, or paddleboarding.

Tybee Island is also known for its delicious food. Just across the road from Life's a Beach are several tasty restaurants, including Chamacos Tacos & Surf, Sting Ray's Seafood, and Seaweeds Ice Cream. If you're in the mood for a few drinks, you can head over to Tybee favorites like Spanky's Beachside, Doc's Bar, and Fannies on the Beach.

Though most people pick our Tybee Island vacation homes for the beach and dining opportunities, there are plenty of other fun things to do on Tybee as well. If you love nature, explore the Tybee Island Marine Science Center or take a tour of the wetlands. For history buffs, Tybee has interesting landmarks like Fort Screven and the Tybee Island Light Station. Depending on when you book one of our vacation rentals Tybee Island GA, you can even enjoy local events like the Tybee Island Pirate Fest or the Beach bum Parade.

Southern Belle Pool

In addition to the private pool on site at this home, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The house was within walking distance to the beach and had a very nice pool area. Close to so many restaurants, bars and the market. We had a great time because the rooms were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax.

The house was beautiful. It was clean and well stocked. The bedrooms had plenty of storage and the beds were comfortable. The pool was small but very clean & just the right size to enjoy at the end of the day with the kids. Bonus, there were numerous beach chairs, boogie boards, and sun shades (this was not in the description of the house & would’ve been helpful to know before hand to save us room in packing). Would definitely recommend this house!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at “Life’s a Beach.” The home was beautiful, like something from a magazine but at the same time inviting and welcoming. There was plenty of room for our whole crowd. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook big meals. There were plenty of linens and supplies to last for our stay. The decks were comfortable and perfect for afternoon siestas. We were close to the market and the water. We could not have asked for a more perfect stay!

We had a great first trip to Tybee. The house was perfect for our family. It's about a block and 1/2 from the beach and most places are within walking distance. Staff responded to texts I. A timely manner. We will definitely go back!

I had (4) young-adult children, (2) 80+ grandmothers and my sister and brother-in-law all stay to celebrate my daughter's graduation from SCAD. It was great, everyone was comfortable, there was stuff to do for all ages, our favorite was the screened in balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Easy drive to Savannah, walking distance to beach shops and a grocery store. We rented bikes which is a great way to see parts of the island. We made big breakfasts in the lovely kitchen and had great pizza at the local restaurants. All in all a great trip.

House was very clean and pictures are accurate representation of the property. Pool is small but we enjoyed a dip in the evening or after coming back from beach, so was a nice plus. Good location. Was a 7 minute walk to the beach and even closer to a couple good restaurants and store.

We had a great time in Tybee Island!! The home was big enough for my brothers family and our family. Close to the beach and downtown tybee!!! We loved the layout of the house and the kitchen was so beautiful!!! Definitely recommend getting a golf cart for your stay. We used it everyday to get to and from the beach, shopping and restaurants. We even brought the kids bikes, which they rode everywhere. Thank you for an awesome time. We will be back!!!
