Originally built in 1852, this beautiful townhome has been lovingly restored with modern conveniences. Inside of our Savannah vacation homes, designer furnishings provide a lovely backdrop for your Savannah vacation. When you walk in, you'll immediately be greeted by a cheerful living room decorated in warm shades of cream, blue, and orange. The kitchen has stunning marble countertops with a mosaic backsplash, while the dry bar has a fun jungle print wallpaper. In the bathroom, vintage-style tile complements a full-size tub and shower. Meanwhile, the bedrooms pair crisp, white bedding with restful hues of aqua and navy.

Serenity on Jones is one of our Savannah vacation homes that fits groups of four. This makes it ideal for small family getaways or trips with a couple of friends. Two people can sleep comfortably on the queen-size bed in the first bedroom which also contains a comfortable armchair for relaxing and a desk for getting a little work done. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, and its spot towards the back of the house makes it a quiet location to sleep in.

Our Savannah vacation rentals also contain plenty of space for the whole group to relax together. On the private patio, a table with four chairs is perfect for dining al fresco. The indoor dining table has an expandable leaf to seat four, while the living room contains spacious couches and plenty of other seating. There's even a dry bar to provide extra space for preparing drinks, appetizers, and other treats.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

We loved our place at 111 E. Jones. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. How to use everything was spelled out in a binder. They checked in with us to see if we needed anything and responded promptly when we did have a question. The location was perfect to walk to restaurants and other sights. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Met the owners, who gave us a super recommendation to tour the Andrew Lowe house. So many wonderful sights to see and restaurants to dine at, just steps from this charming home.

We loved our stay at Serenity on Jones. The owners were very nice and helpful with the TV. The decor was beautiful and beds were comfy. It was close to the bus stops and trolley. Our favorite place for breakfast was Clarys, just a half block away. We had everything we needed. It even has a private back patio. We felt very safe there.

The place is beautiful and very well done. We have food allergy issues and the kitchen was awesome and had all you could need to cook. The location is close to all the squares/parks and sightseeing is amazing through the neighborhoods. We definitely would stay here again.

Serenity on Jones was everything we could ask for! Everything was perfect! Perfect location on a beautiful street, comfortable beds, cozy atmosphere. Walkable to a lot of places. If we needed anything, responses were quick. We even got a chance to hand out candy, & see all the families trick or treating. The parks & neighboring streets were stunning. We met the owner, who was very nice. We will definitely be coming back here on our next visit.

The property is situated on one of the most beautiful streets in the city, and this being my second visit, I knew I had made the right choice. The decor and comfort of the property are simply superb. It's evident that a lot of thought and care have gone into creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The central location was perfect, making it easy to explore Savannah's charming surroundings. I felt safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. One of the standout features of "Serenity on Jones" is how well stocked it is. The kitchen had everything I needed, as did the bathroom and laundry room. It's evident that the owner and the property management company truly care about their guests' comfort and convenience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep after long days of exploring. The property's spaciousness was an added bonus, allowing ample room to relax and unwind. Lastly, I must mention that the owner was an absolute pleasure to interact with. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. Additionally, the property management company did an outstanding job with communication, ensuring everything was pristine and in top-notch condition. Located just north of downtown and close to beautiful Forsyth Park, it was a perfect g spot for my friend and I to relax in between sightseeing in Savannah. Took our son to college and stayed a week at this lovely home. Don't hesitate to rent this unit for your next visit to Savannah. The unit was immaculate and well appointed. They have thought of everything, from comfortable night's sleep to supplying your needs in the kitchen. The location is perfect. Walking distance to most places of interest, but if its a bit too far for your family, hop on a trolley. Again, this home is just lovely, clean, perfection and great location. Don't hesitate to book.

We booked Serenity on Jones through Southern Belle Vacation Rentals and cannot be happier! The location was gorgeous on one of the most beautiful streets with easy access to downtown Savannah. We parked our car and walked everywhere. We met the property owners and found them to be very welcoming and lovely hosts. Our apartment was well stocked, white glove clean and comfortable. We called Southern Belle one time during our stay and our question was answered right away. Whenever we emailed or called Southern Belle was so customer service oriented. I wish that every company and property was like this! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Everything about this vacation rental was top-notch from the comfort of the beds to the beautiful, serene decor to the modern full-size washer and dryer. Kitchen was small, but modern, beautiful and well-equipped with lots of cabinet space. There was a comfortable outdoor space to eat a meal, or just relax. My girls loved their cozy bedroom and the master bedroom was gorgeous. The location was perfect as well. Many, many restaurants within walking-distance and about a 15-minute leisurely walk to the river front. Also near many historical sites and beautiful squares.

This place was perfect for our party of 4! We have never visited Savannah before, so had no idea where to stay and what to expect. The location was great - perfect walking distance to tons of food and shops - and about a 15 minute walk to River St. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was perfect, house was extremely clean upon arrival, upstairs neighbors were helpful in telling us where to park etc... I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great hospitality.

What a wonderful apartment on the most beautiful street in Savannah. It is only blocks away from all the squares, monuments, parks, sites and restaurants. The apartment was beautiful and appears to be newly remodeled. It has the cutest outdoor space looking at the owners beautiful yard. We had absolutely no trouble parking on the street. This was also during Easter weekend which was crowded with tourists. Parking is free after 5 on Fridays and all weekend.

WOW what a BEAUTY! This place is Savannah at its best. The apartment is exactly as described and photographed. It is not only beautiful but it’s very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need and there is a washer and dryer allowing you to bring less. The beds are extremely comfortable and the location is quiet. Even though the one bedroom is in front there is no street noise. It’s the first time I’ve slept in. We had our 12 year old son with us and he loved it also. The back patio area is wonderful spot to have your morning coffee. The location is fantastic and Clary’s is just down the street for breakfast. The rental company was also very accommodating when our flight was canceled allowing us to rent for an extra night. When we plan our next trip this is where we would come again.

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful garden apartment. Everything was exactly as pictured and even exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee bar was a nice added detail. We enjoyed having our coffee outside on the small patio each morning. You can’t beat the location! It’s located on one of the most beautiful streets and we walked to Forsyth Park every day. In fact, we only moved our car once during our stay since we were able to walk everywhere. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We're building a house here and visit Savannah monthly to check on it. This is by far the warmest and most comfortable place we have stayed. The apartment is brand new, and is very well appointed with fluffy towels, great mattresses, new furniture and wonderful decorations. The little sitting area is perfect for wine late afternoon or reading. The kitchen is stocked with everything one might need to prepare a meal, and fabulous serving options. The location is optimal...we always try to stay in this area as it is quiet yet close to anything in Savannah you want to walk to and a beautiful street.
