Most of this home is an open floor plan, but a few doors lead to the full-sized kitchen and bathroom.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here over the weekend and we truly enjoyed it. It was the perfect size for us and had just what we needed. Very cozy bed, a nice shower and tub, heated towel rack, etc. The management was very quick to reply to me with any questions i had. The neighbors were quiet and never had any problems with them. I was worried about parking but the parking on Houston (the closest parking spot to the residence) was only $1/hr from 8am to 8pm and they don't charge on Sundays so we only payed $12 all weekend. Its also just about halfway between Forsyth Park and the Plant River district so we were able to walk to most everything we wanted to go to. Ultimately, I am very pleased with our stay!

Overall

The room was in a great area with restaurants and other entertainment all around. The balcony was its own little world and the room was clean and comfortable. The Customer service was exceptional. I struggled to figure out how to get in (should have read the emailed directions) and when I called, they walked me through the process without calling me a dummy.

Excellent location, perfect for a couple's getaway for our 30th anniversary. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, rental company was very responsive to my questions and requests. Highly recommend this cozy little carriage house. If it had not been over 100 degrees it was well within walking distance of everything downtown, parking was not even hard since it was the middle of the week, but I would imagine might be a little more of a challenge on weekends, I highly recommend downloading the park savannah app for parking.
