Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the south end of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total
weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Beach Trees proved to be just the right spot for a quiet, relaxing place to use as a base for beach walks, island exploring and a few days in Savannah. Off-season meant no traffic, few people but also many closed stores and restaurants. But a complete kitchen provided us with the tools to make a couple of meals each day. Being a half block from the beach allowed for early morning shell seeking walks, often alone watching the sunrise.

Our stay at Tybee Beach Trees was excellent. The beach decor gave us the vacation feel and was very comfortable for our family of four. We had plenty of room to spread out from the porch swing out front to the spacious living room and bedrooms. The place was very clean. When we walked in, even the glass sliding doors were so clean we thought all of them were left open. The location was great. We were able to walk to the beach and ocean, drive a couple of blocks to a restaurant and grocery, and drove to Savannah on a few different occasions.

We have vacation on tybee for the last couple years using several different rental agencies, this condo and company is by far our favorite! The location is extremely close to the beach and can walk to the south end shops and restaurants. The condo itself is bright and clean with a great decorating theme. Checking in and out was easy. I would highly recommend this condo and company for your next get away!

What a wonderful place for short and long-term stays. The very clean and not to mention cute condo is perfectly situated between the beach and local shops. The private unit is very clean and offered everything we needed during our stay.Beach access is just steps away from the front door, along with the beautiful sunrise and evening sunset from the front porch. I highly recommend this location for your family getaway.
