Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

My daughter and I were 100% happy with the carriage house. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to make our own breakfast and lunch so we could splurge for dinner at the wonderful restaurants in town. Everything was walking distance for us. The only thing we would change would be to add a mirror outside the bathroom and some extra closet hangars. We would definitely stay here again!

The carriage house was great, clean, stocked with items one would need, and a great location. Perfect stay for one or two people. Was a quite location, not a lot of noise from surrounding area. Could walk to most places with ease. I would stay there again.

The unit was exactly as pictured and very comfortable to stay. We did have difficulty with the gate lockbox, but eventually got it figured out. We were within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to go, and if we didn't feel like walking the free shuttle was fantastic. We were missing the sink stopper and when we notified the management company, this response was very quick. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful city.

This place made a great 'home base' while visiting Savannah! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops and very quiet since it is on a lane without traffic. SBVR reached out once we arrived to make sure everything was as expected and it certainly was. The space was clean and comfortable with modern amenities just as pictured. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
