The Accommodations

Beachside Villa is fully equipped with all the makings of a stellar vacation. When you first drive up to this stunning two-story home, you have your choice of eight free, off-street parking spots. The private, gated entrance leads to an incredible outdoor living space, complete with a large swimming pool, pergola, outdoor shower and plenty of seating to suit everyone in your party. Completely fenced for safety and privacy, the pool is just one of the perks that makes Beachside Villa such a marvel.

Each fully furnished apartment has its own private entrance, offering quiet time away from group activities whenever the need arises. Beachside Villa boasts two ground-floor apartments and three second-floor units. Every unit features a king-sized bed and smart TV in each bedroom, a large smart TV and sofa in the living room, and kitchens with sparkling new appliances. All the furnishings and décor are new as of 2023.

Main-level apartment 1: two bedrooms, two full-sized baths, sleeps 6

Each unit is unique in character, but each one includes everything you need to feel at home, from pillows and bedding to a supply of plush towels. Each apartment features a sitting area with comfortable couches and chairs plus fresh maritime décor. There’s a dining table and chairs in every unit.

Each kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, range-oven, microwave and coffee maker. Like all the kitchens in Tybee Island vacation homes, we fill the drawers and cupboards with flatware, glasses, dishes, cookware and cooking utensils.

Ceiling fans throughout each apartment, inside and out, help you regulate the temperature according to your comfort level. Of course, each unit has heating and air conditioning too. There are washer dryer sets in each apartment for your use.

Ground floor units feature their own covered, outdoor seating area on raised wood decking with palm trees. Second floor apartments open to a covered balcony. Imagine drinking in the views of the island every morning with your tea or coffee in hand. The balcony is also a great spot for intimate conversations and group get-togethers.

Beachside Villa is within a short walk of the amazing Atlantic beachfront. Although you have a wonderful swimming pool in your own backyard at Beachside villa, you also have exclusive access to our nearby heated pool too. It’s a great place to meet other Tybee vacation rentals guests, swim a few laps or dive for treasure with the kids. If the day is a cool one, the heated water at the Southern Belle pool is a welcome warmup.

Tybee Island offers so many other fun activities too. You can rent kayaks or canoes for a paddle to Little Tybee Island, a natural area with limited camping. The kids in your group will love visiting the Tybee Island Marine Science Center to learn about endangered sea turtles. The historic buffs among you will enjoy a tour of the historic Light Station and Museum at the north end of the island. Each possibility has its unique appeal, depending upon your interests.

Southern Belle Pool

In addition to the on-site private pool at this property, our guests have access to Southern Belle's beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Our family LOVED The Beachside Villa! Beautiful units with excellent amenities! Comfortable beds and clean rooms! We only had 1 issue with the pool gate lock not working properly and it was addressed expediently! We HIGHLY recommend the unit as well as Southern Belle Vacations! Our family of 27 enjoyed being able to have space as well as privacy and such great space to gather by the pool and cabana! Thank you for helping us make great memories!!
