Step into our bright, newly designed home and experience the soothing, relaxed, modern vibes. The spacious interior is bathed in natural light, with colorful, comfortable furnishings inviting you to unwind. With 4 bedrooms (including 2 king beds), The Big Tybreezy sleeps up to 10 guests in privacy and style. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, ceiling fan and plenty of storage space.

Our open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for gathering for a great time with family and friends. The kitchen’s dedicated filtered ice machine makes sure drinks are always refreshing and coolers are always cool. The space flows seamlessly onto a screened, covered wrap-around deck, ideal for sipping your evening cocktail while enjoying the sea breeze.

Keep the fun rolling after a beautiful day at the beach in the Tybreezy Arcade Club! Dive into the curated arcade collection including unlimited access to thousands of arcade games and 2 amazing pinball machines. (Can you say Baywatch?) Perfect for a little friendly competition while having a beer or let the kids have a blast while you relax upstairs. Not in a gaming mood? Enjoy a movie or your favorite sports on the incredible home theater setup with a massive screen and super high quality sound.

Just outside the Arcade Club, you’ll find our sprawling covered patio. Chat the evening away around our awesome outdoor wood-burning fireplace, cook up some BBQ on the propane grill, or play a few rounds of ping pong, foosball or cornhole.

With three full bathrooms, two additional private shower rooms and an outdoor shower, there's no need to wait for your turn to freshen up after a day at the beach. The private shower rooms each have their own door in from the patio, making them perfect for a quick rinse-off after your beach adventures.

The Big Tybreezy is centrally located, just over a block from the Tybee IGA Market. A ten-minute walk south takes you to the bustling pier area, passing local favorites like Stingray's, Mi Vida, and the Breakfast Club along the way. Head north on Butler Avenue for a scenic stroll to The Deck or bike to the Sugar Shack for some incredible ice cream. AJ's Dockside Restaurant is just across the narrow island on the back river side, and the entirety of North Beach is easily accessible by our provided bikes or a rental golf cart.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We loved our stay at the Big TyBreezy! Perfect mid-island location. Enjoyed being within walking distance to IGA and restaurants. House location on the beach side of Butler made beach access quick and easy. We did not use the pool but love that it is an option for Southern Belle guests. Home had everything needed to make a beach stay comfortable and easy. Plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and a beach cart. The game room and outdoor space is perfect for kids, teens and kids at heart! Loved that the patio area was fenced and private. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of nice bath towels. House had an overall cool aesthetic and it’s obvious the owners put a lot of thought and care into making the house a true vacation home. Ample parking was a great perk. This house is ideal for families or a fun group getaway. The customer service was excellent. I was able to easily add another night after I booked. I wouldn’t be surprised if we are back at the Big TyBreezy in the future. Would also consider other homes from Southern Belle. Big TyBreezy has everything you need (and more!) for a great vacation.

Very clean house. The kitchen is well-stocked. Beds were super comfy! The house is an older home, however it was updated and well-kept. We would stay again.

Overall

The Big Tybreezy was perfect for what we needed with 3 teenage boys and 3 moms. We had plenty of space for everyone and the teen space on the first floor became quite the hangout! The 4 bikes were a nice bonus! The home is very well stocked with everything you need (lots of beach towels, bluetooth speakers, plenty of TP, trash bags, beach chairs, coffee, etc). Thank you for a great time!
