All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Blue Cat is truly the cat's meow among Tybee Island Vacation Homes. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom getaway home offers room for up to 10 overnight guests. How will you know you've found Blue Cat? Pull up to the driveway to an aqua-blue home with lime-green shutters, magenta doors, and a white picket fence to discover a scene straight from a novel. A welcoming gate invites you to step inside this Tybee oasis and you are greeted by pink adirondack chairs. The private yard is a great space to relax and splash around in fresh water after a day in the salt and sun.

It's no exaggeration to say that every inch of this home has been carefully styled to perfection to create an ambiance that's like nothing else. The home manages to be charmingly quaint while offering a perfect amount of space for a large group looking for some privacy. Blue Cat's living room is the hub for entertainment and relaxation. Featuring gorgeous planked ceilings, this living room offers comfortable couches, a mounted oversized television, and plenty of colorful touches. A large table in a dining nook off to the corner of the room features seating for six people. Large windows offer tons of natural light. Next, sway into the home's stunning kitchen to take in crisp granite countertops over pristine white cabinets. Each bedroom in Blue Cat is more elegant than the next. Decked out with cozy coastal vibes, the bedrooms are defined by planked ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, beautiful furniture, and tasteful artwork. Every bedroom in the home has its own television. The bedroom breakdown includes a king bed in the first bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, a full daybed with trundle in the third bedroom, and a queen bed in the fourth bedroom. In addition, the common space features a sofa bed that brings the total tally for potential overnight guests to 10.

Blue Cat also features two stunning bathrooms. The first bathroom features dual sinks cut into a gorgeous granite-topped vanity. This bathroom also has a full-sized shower/tub combo. The second bathroom also features a shower/tub combo. In addition, the home features a laundry nook with a washer and dryer. Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Absolutely loved this house!! It's so cute and had so much character! Our stay was amazing. The house was clean, plenty of room and the stock tank pool was a plus! My child was obsessed! It's in a great location. We were able to walk to the local IGA, beach, and several restaurants! Thanks for an amazing week! We will definitely be back!

My daughter is going to Scad in the fall. We came for a tour and spent the rest of our time at this amazing house. We never went out to eat. We cooked played games and hung out outside. We rented a golf cart and went to the beach. We loved this house. It had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Cat. Communications with the Southern Belle team were easy and keyless entry made for a swift check-in/check-out process. The home looked just like the photos and the proximity to the beach made it easy to pop home from the beach for mid-day breaks from the sun. We were also excited to see the plunge pool added to the front yard - the kids loved it! Highly recommend this house for families with small children.
