Britt Ohana Place offers all of the fun, beauty, and convenience of staying in a condo by the beach in Tybee Island. The home provides every amenity guests could desire. A living room with a large glass door leading to a private deck/balcony provides the perfect perching spot when it's time to relax on plush sofas. Enjoy some entertainment from a large flat-panel television while beach breezes gently enter the room. A dining room table with seating for six joins the living room and kitchen areas in this open layout.

The home's beautiful kitchen shines with all-white cabinetry topped with natural-stone countertops. This kitchen puts everything at the chef's fingertips with a nice work triangle featuring a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave in stainless steel. The kitchen conventionally houses the home's full-sized front-loading washer and dryer.

Lighthouse Point is a gated community on north end of Tybee with private beach access, tennis courts, two on site swimming pools, and a kiddie pool. Please note the Lighthouse Point community pools are open year round but they are not heated. For heated pool access you may use the Southern Belle pool located at 19 Silver Ave. See Southern Belle pool hours below for hours of operation.

In addition to the on-site pools at this property, our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on the south end of Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total
weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Beautiful view of the ocean, very nice and clean condo. We had a few issues with bathroom outlets not working, hot water heater and furnace not working but when I texted the customer service person, she responded right away and told me where to find the breaker box and we were able to resolve the problem immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived to an extremely clean condo with spectacular views of the water. Private beach access was amazing and we were able to enjoy the water and sun without the overcrowding. Highly recommend Britt Ohana Place and Tybee Island! We will definitely vacation here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was a perfect location on the island with easy access to everything. The patio was a great place overlooking the beach that you could drink coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. We would definitely stay again as we had a great experience with the rental and it was above our expectation. Private access to beach was perfect and just steps away. 5 out 5 Stars.

We found this unit to be very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The complex was very quiet at this time of the year which we very much appreciated. My husband especially enjoyed watching the huge container ships from the unit's balcony that were heading to and from the port of Savanna. We would definitely chose to stay in this unit again on any future visits to Tybee Island if it was available.
