At the corner of Broughton and Barnard Streets, discover our two-bedroom vacation home. Enter at the street-level side door, and venture up to apartment 203. Meeting with a property manager isn't necessary because our vacation rentals Savannah GA include an easy-access keypad. With your proprietary code, step into the hallway that leads into the main living space.

Undeniably, this property reflects historical Savannah with black-and-white photos gracing the walls and brick accents defining the surroundings. Huge windows providing you with a view of the surrounding city will also create bright light in this cheery living room. Relax on the couch, or stretch out on the armchairs as you flip on the flat-screen TV. Look upward to see how modern ventilation was installed in this vintage building, which provides comfortable heating and air conditioning whenever necessary. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Broughton Haven was the perfect lodging choice for our group visiting town for a wedding. The decor was exquisitely chosen to combine the historic elements of the building with new modern style. After the first night, southern Belle checked in to ask how our stay was going which was greatly appreciated. This gave the opportunity for us to request an additional blanket for use with the pull out sleeper. Southern Belle had an additional blanket delivered within several hours! Thank you to Southern Belle for making our weekend trip exceed all expectations.

My husband & I have always wanted to explore Savannah Georgia. Broughton Haven exceeded our expectations. It was an easy Uber ride to/from the airport with no need for a car. The place is within easy walking distance of shopping, river walk, restaurants, pubs, beautiful squares, and lots of history! We do recommend the trolly tour early in your visit so you can get a feel of where you want to visit later or choose to get on/off throughout the day. A perfect empty nester or mom & dad only getaway !

The stay was exactly as listed. We initially had a concern with the parking pass and the company was easy to contact and very responsive to help. Location was perfect to walk everywhere. While there was some noise late at night on the weekend, it wasn’t too much. There was even a sound machine in the room to turn on if needed. The apartment came stocked with the essentials and plenty of space. We would stay again!

The place is ideally located and very comfortable. Lots of space and light make it a great place to stay while visiting. It's blocks away from the main areas. Since its on a commercial street, there's a lot going on on weekends around the apartment, so it can get noisy at night. We didn't have any major issues though, as windows provide good insulation. Also, the parking garage is a great bonus.
