Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Charming Savannah Style

I am a seasoned Savannah traveler, as I have a daughter who has lived and worked in Savannah for 6+ years. Many trips have been made over the years. My husband and I have stayed in hotels and various short-term rentals. There are a few things that are PRICELESS in downtown Savannah: parking and location. Drayton Place 2 served our needs well and offered 1 private parking spot with ample non-metered street parking. The location was literally 5 minutes from our daughter's condo, and convenient to the Kroger Grocery store. The bedroom was very comfortable and the living space was lovely. We even enjoyed some porch sitting. The bathroom and kitchen were adequate for our needs. The high ceilings and old Savannah architecture made this a delightful stay. Now, keeping it real, Drayton is a highly traveled street so there was traffic noise. But, this is the city and it didn't bother us at all. Over the years we have come to learn that if you stay in the downtown areas, you will hear traffic noise, sirens and/or the train!!! We love it though. Also, we brought our elderly small dog and it was very easy to walk him on the sidewalk or in the corner library park square. Drayton Place 2 was very secure and we enjoyed our Christmas stay in Savannah.

Cozy, historic charmer. Very central to all that Savannah has to offer. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The apartment is full of character. Very charming.

This is our 3rd stay at Drayton place and 2nd stay in Unit 2. We love the location and having a parking spot off the street and the units are clean and so nice. That’s why we keep coming back.

This rental company is the best. We had several friends that went on this trip and we were all had our own little apartment within the mansion. We shared a courtyard for evening catch-ups. Southern Belle checked on us frequently. Owner was great with suggestions and was the icing on the cake. We would never stay in Savannah without utilizing this Company. 7 days of bliss and happiness!

Very clean and perfect size for two. Washer/dryer a plus if staying longer. Nice outdoor areas to relax and several small restaurants nearby. Would stay again.
