Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

Apartment was lovely. It was very clean!! Well decorated and a great location. We stayed in Treetop so beware that you will have to climb 2 flights of narrow stairs to get to the apt…it was not a problem for us but if you have a physical limitation, it is good to know! We loved our stay!

Beautiful top-floor apartment in an amazing part of Savannah! Bedroom windows overlooked live oak courtyard. Hostess was very helpful and check-in, etc. was simple. Walking distance to most anything you need and a very short drive to other parts of Savannah. We toured museums, mansions, gardens, cemeterys, and ate at a different restaurant for every meal for almost a week. Every single one was delicious. For those who can't negotiate stairs, this property is on the 3rd floor (hence the name), other than that, I would recommend for anyone else!

Gordon Inn Tree Top was beautiful and clean. Chatham square is quiet and just outside the more touristy area while still providing an easy walk to everything. Our only wish would be to have a balcony to enjoy the view but would stay there again.

This unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Savannah. It is spacious and had everything that was described. Everything was clean and in good order. It's on the third floor so keep in mind you will have to take them everyday. For us it wasn't a big deal since we were all day out and exploring the historic downtown and enjoying ourselves. The administration was very open with communication too and I appreciated. Definitely staying with them again.

Elegant, beautiful, comfortable, spotless, quiet, convenient. Amazing apartment walking distance to all sights, restaurants and pubs. Treetop is a third floor walk up but well worth the steps. Parking is easy on the street with the recommended pass. Will definitely return if available.
