Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

I just can't say enough about the Carriage House and Southern Belle Vacation Rentals and it's personnel. The carriage house was quaint, comfortable and most of all in a great location on Tybee Island. It was spacious and had all the amenities you would need for your stay. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants helped make the stay even better. I was celebrating my 67th birthday, and requested a late check out so that I could do an activity that was canceled because of weather on a previous day. They were so gracious with extending my check out time, and I was able to do that activity. I would definitely recommend The Carriage House and getting your vacation rental through Southern Belle Rentals.

This little cottage was perfect for a short get away! I needed a quiet place to stay close to the beach with my 2 small kids to visit some family. This place was perfect for us! I didn't want to be on the beach or right at a pool so I was able to suggest those options when time would allow it. It's an easy walk to the beach the pools not far and super easy exit off the island. I love its proximity to the little shops on the beginning of the island too. I also prefer north beach over the crowded south beach so the location was just great. Staying on north beach makes easy access to get off the island so we could access all that within minutes.

The carriage house was the cutest little place! It was perfect for my husband and me to relax in after hitting the beach all day. We weren't sure about staying a few streets off the beach, but that actually ended up being the best scenario because it allowed us to explore all of Tybee's beaches until we found our favorite. It was a close call between North Beach and Back River Beach, but BR won in the end. On top of the perfect location to all of the beaches, the house was adorable and stocked with all of the essentials that we needed to cook breakfast and lunch each day. The staff also texted to check in before we arrived and the day after we arrived. All around a wonderful place and company.

Very cozy stay, enjoyed walks on the beach and walking to area restaurants. (Don't Miss Sundae Cafe). We are beach people so we spent most of our time there, however if the pool is important for your stay you should know that it is a mile and a half away and parking is $7.00 for that area. Latitude Adjustment more than met our expectations and we hope to return in the future.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our family of 3. Everything was organized, clean and well stocked! We loved that there were board games, puzzles, and wooden games provided for our family to enjoy when we were worn out from the beach or it was rainy. The walk to the beach was great as well - everything was within walking distance! 5 stars!
