There is also a room with a queen sized bed for those who want to share, and a room with two twin sized beds for those who prefer their own space.

The main living area of the home also provides you with a lot of space for vacation activities. The open floor plan connects the roomy kitchen and living room. This makes it easy for people to cook meals while also chatting with loved ones. A wide dining room table seats everyone for a sit down meal, or you can eat out on the fully furnished patio. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is also an additional hallway bathroom with a spacious walk in shower.

A patio with plenty of comfortable furniture and ceiling fans is an excellent spot to catch an ocean breeze. The grill lets you cook up some tasty burgers or corn on the cob when you want a Tybee cookout. All of our Tybee vacation rentals get access to our swimming pool resort. You can take a break from saltwater and go for a refreshing dip in the pool. Since it's heated, you can still swim even if you visit Tybee in the chillier months.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We were very happy with our stay! The house was clean, quiet and stocked with everything we needed for our week stay! We even enjoyed the squirrels that were around quite a bit! We got a kick out of their running across the roof and jumping into the palm trees. I do wish we had been able to spend alittle more time here at the house because we did so much running to different adventures. If you are the type that is good with not being right on the oceanfront I'd definitely recommend this house!

We enjoyed our time at the Latitude Adjustment cottage! Plenty of room, well decorated and we loved the porch. It was a short walk to the beach and many great restaurants are close by.

Our recent vacation stay, early May 2023, at the Latitude Adjustment Main House, managed by Southern Belle at Tybee Island, was a dream come true. We felt at home and relaxed when we stepped into the cozy cottage.First and foremost, the Latitude Adjustment Main House surpassed all expectations. We expected a spacious and clean home, and we were not disappointed! The attention to detail was exceptional. Every room was cozy and inviting. The large screened-in side porch with its many comfortable chairs and the picnic table was appreciated in the evenings as we sat and enjoyed the early Summer air. We were pleased to find all the toiletries provided in the main bathroom, which made our stay easier. The linens were clean and fresh. The tasteful seaside decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities perfectly created a true home away from home.The proximity to the beach allowed us to indulge in leisurely walks along the shore and enjoy the ocean, the soft sand, and the evening moonlight whenever our hearts desired. The Southern Belle team proved exceptional hosts, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless and memorable. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the deeply cleaned rooms to the thoughtful touches that made us feel welcome and pampered. The team's prompt and friendly communication throughout the booking process and our stay added an extra layer of comfort, knowing they were always available to assist us.Tybee Island is a favorite destination for us. Our stay at the Latitude Adjustment Main House fully allowed us to enjoy our 25th Anniversary. We spent our days sitting in the sun at the beach, watching the ships sail into the Port of Savannah, and later visiting some of our favorite Savannah, Georgia tourist attractions like The Riverwalk and Fort Pulaski National Park. Staying at the Latitude Adjustment main house allowed us to create precious memories that will last a lifetime.Our vacation stay at the Latitude Adjustment Main House, managed by Southern Belle at Tybee Island, was an absolute paradise. The attentive service and the island's natural beauty created an unforgettable experience for my husband and me. We departed with hearts full of gratitude and a deep longing to return. Absolutely loved this cottage and the area! It was clean and perfect size for our family of 4! Walkable stores and restaurants nearby and the beach was just 2 blocks away! The management company was excellent and very good at communicating with us from booking to departure. Many thanks for a wonderful stay can't wait to come back!

This house was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. I will say the beds were really comfortable. It was close to everything. We had no issues at all. The check in process was easy. We would definitely stay here again!
