Take the elevator to the third floor and step into a large living room full of windows waiting to carry sweet ocean breezes straight to you as you recline on the sectional facing a flat-screen television above a coastal blue entertainment center. Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Overall

This house was the absolute best! I had a group of 10 girls for my bachelorette trip and the house was the perfect size. We weren’t on top of each other the whole time and had plenty of space. The house had lots of hangout areas as well. The balconies on each floor and the rooftop both having ocean views were great as well to wake up to or take pictures on. There was also a ping pong table and elevator! This house was great for a big group.

AMAZING find for our Women's Wealth Society Retreat

We recently hosted our inaugural Women's Wealth Society retreat at this amazing house on Tybee Island, and it was perfect in every way! We had 12 women attending from all over the country, most of whom had never met before, and yet everyone felt completely comfortable with the space and accommodations. The house is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and community—whether you’re bunking in with friends or getting to know new faces. The beach access was incredible—we caught both sunrise and sunset, and the views were breathtaking from the rooftop sitting area. The house even has an elevator, which was a great bonus, especially since one of our attendees is an amputee. She found the entire home accessible, and the walk-in shower made it easy for her to use her walker comfortably. The living room was the heart of our learning sessions. The TV was perfectly centered, and there was plenty of seating, making it ideal for both our virtual and in-person speakers. It felt like having a built-in stage setup, which really elevated our sessions. The kitchen was another standout feature—so well-stocked that we hosted dinners both nights without needing to bring in any extra dishes or flatware. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, making entertaining a breeze. One of the highlights of the weekend was gathering around the fire pit for a powerful activity where we burned old limiting beliefs—a moment none of us will forget. The rooftop was also a favorite spot, offering gorgeous beach views during the day and star-gazing at night. I can’t recommend this property enough for anyone looking to host a retreat or even for families wanting to vacation together. It’s spacious, welcoming, and has all the amenities to make your stay effortless and memorable. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

Great house. Very comfortable. Excellent mattresses, bedding and pillows. Plenty of outdoor seating for our entire party. The only thing that could’ve made it perfect is having some items for the beach; chairs, towel, cooler, etc.

Beautiful place and really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were spot on. We had everything we needed. One suggestion, if they had some vacuum of any type. It would have made daily cleaning easier through the stay. The house and place was well maintained and beautifully decor. Thank you for the stay.
