Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at North Beach Outlook and will stay there again if the opportunity arises. The house is very comfortable and clean, and it is situated properly for amazing views from the screened porches. The neighborhood is quiet, and the beach access is very easy and convenient.

I loved the customer service. So prompt with every question I had. I wanted to spend an extra night and within minutes they had a reply to my question! The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Just a few suggestions: leave a few pens around, all the tv remotes and fan remotes were low battery so extra batteries would have been nice, the last comment is have rubber maid bowls with lids because then the food I cooked I could have kept from drying out.

The house was very nice. The cleaning prior to our arrival was superb. By Goldilocks standards the beds were ‘just right' and even better. We loved the location, the pizza restaurant and coffee shop made the favorites lists. Thank you for an amazing stay, we truly enjoyed this trip.

Great location - accessible to everything we wanted on Tybee plus easy access to Savannah. Most important, the home was very clean and very well laid out for a great vacation. We especially liked the screened in decks which allowed great views at any time of the day.

The best thing about this property is the private beach access and how close it is to the main beach. If the beach is what you want- this is definitely the property for you. The pool is offsite and about a mile down the road..and you have to pay for parking. Would've been better if the pool was a little closer, but it was a nice pool and the kids had fun. The property was super clean and the beds were extremely comfy. We loved the screened in porches! Only negative was the coffee machine didn't work :( but there is a cute coffee shop right down the road so it wasn't a huge issue. No issues whatsoever with check in and checkout. Communication was prompt and clear from management. We would stay again.

The place was really great. Southern Belle Vacation Rentals has been very responsive with us. It was just unfortunate that there was a storm in Tybee when we went there. It will be lovely if we could have enjoyed the patio. But nevertheless we still had a good time staying indoors, chilling, playing games, watching movies and just resting at the place.
