With the delicious name of Praline Dream, this property offers room for four guests in 800 square feet. This particular property is only a quick walk from Broughton Street, which is famous for its shopping opportunities. One of Savannah's many historic squares is just to the south in Oglethorpe Square. Walk to the east and you'll find the Davenport House Museum. Right next to that is Columbia Square. As you can see, it's easy to get started exploring Savannah just by walking outside your door.

Find the History in Savannah

The entire Historic District is fairly easy to traverse by foot, but another option is taking the Old Town Trolley Tour, which allows you to get on and off at all of its stops. Taking the entire tour is also a great way to see all the popular sights and get interesting narration at the same time. However, there are also several stops in Savannah that you won't want to miss seeing up close and spending some time in.

Another great side trip to take when you stay in Savannah Georgia Vacation Rentals is the short drive to Tybee Island. This barrier island may be small on area, but it's big on things to do. The most popular pastime is, of course, checking out the Atlantic-facing beaches. However, the rugged North Beach and Savannah River Beach on the west side are also worth checking out. The Tybee Marine Science Center is another fun visit, and especially if you have kids with you. The room was perfect for a little weekend girls trip. Everything that we needed was there and it’s a short walk to almost everything in downtown Savannah! The pool access on Tybee Island was also a plus to have to cool off from the heat with only a 20 minute drive to get there!

Absolutely great location in the heart of historic downtown Savannah next to beautiful Oglethorpe Square! The apartment was perfect with everything needed for a week long stay. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Southern Belle was easy to work with and checked on us during the stay to make sure everything was as expected. Will definitely rent again.

We had a great time as usual on our trip to Savannah! The Praline Dream was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the historic district of Savannah. Located on Oglethorpe square, the building is in the perfect location. Southern Belle kept us well-informed of our upcoming trip and made the check-in process simple. I even received a text message asking if everything was going well and if we needed anything during our stay. We will definitely be reserving this property again.

We loved our stay here! It was clean, bright, had everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we could walk everywhere! Would highly recommend! We also never had any issues finding a parking spot. The building was also amazingly quiet, which we appreciated.

Old building with tons of charms. Neighbors were very quiet and the condo is facing on the other side of the street so we had no street noise. We were off a beautiful square and 2 seconds from Broughton street with all the shops and restaurants. We really loved our stay there and had a great time!The condo is a charming place and good size kitchen to cook good meals.We had an issue with the condo front door and the management office was very responsive and got it fixed immediately. We really appreciated the little details such as the Werthers candy and the coffee. Place is very clean and lovely!You don't really need a car in Savannah, but If you do, it is possible to park in the street but a little challenging and it is paid parking ($2/hour). We have friends living in Savannah so we parked our car in front of their home for 4 days to avoid the hassle.Very happy with our stay and planning on renting this condo again!

Great place to spend a few days in Savannah. Unit was clean when we arrived and stocked with some coffee and snacks to make us feel welcome. Location is perfect to stroll through the streets and see the beautiful homes, Squares and the waterfront. Even though the Savannah Film Festival was going on during our stay was nice and quiet. Parking was easy in the parking garage just a block away. Would recommend to others and would stay here if visiting Savannah in the future.

Our Family really enjoyed our stay here, we got a lot of exercise with the stairs. :-) It was clean, located near everything. We had to get used to the parking situation but it worked out well for us (especially the advice from Kendall, saved us quite a bit of money on parking). We would recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay in downtown Savannah. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay, enjoyed it totally!

Location, location, location! You can't beat the location of this apartment. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The parking garage half a block up was so convenient. We parked and never needed the car except for our day trip to Tybee Island. The pictures of the apartment are 100% accurate. The place is super cute and we loved our time there. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

This place was simply perfect! The location was the best part, right in the middle of it all. Great for walking to do anything. The drive to Tybee Island was short- 18mins and the drive to Hilton Head Island was not bad-35 mins. The room was so cute with original details you could only see in the south. It was on the second floor with a lot of stairs, which I didn’t mind but if your older and have a hard time with stairs, would be very mindful. Check in was so simple, you just go to your room and follow the directions sent to you, was great after a long day of travel. I will definitely be back.
