Located steps from the beach, Seaside on 7th shows off gorgeous ocean views! This large home offers 2,314 square feet of space that can easily be shared among 12 guests. The home boasts four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Step outside to enjoy poolside living on your own patio with private pool!

This air-conditioned beach house rental in Tybee has a friendly, spacious living room featuring large leather couches, an oversized brick fireplace and flat-panel television. The kitchen in this home is the ultimate gathering place! Featuring new cabinets and appliances, this chef's dream is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. A wine fridge with sink in a special bar nook within the kitchen ensures that poolside drinks are always just a minute away! Full of fresh cabinetry and shiny countertops, the kitchen features a small peninsula that delivers extra seating and storage space. Additionally, the kitchen offers a full-sized dining table surrounded by windows for breakfast, lunch and dinner by natural light!

Seaside on 7th's bedrooms are crisp, refreshing and relaxing. The sleeping arrangements within the rental are broken down between a suite with king bed, two suites featuring a king bed with two twin beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. In total, there are nine beds for guests to choose from when picking their sleeping accommodations. The home's twin bedroom is located on the first floor. There is also a first-floor half bathroom. On the second floor, the suite with king bed delivers ocean views and access to a covered porch. There is also an en-suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The second floor also has a separate half bathroom. The home's third floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms. You will also find a full bathroom with double vanity and enclosed toilet that offers privacy from the tub/shower.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay with our children & grandkids; the pool was a big hit & the porch was so relaxing with the view of the ocean. Southern Belle was very professional & checked with us frequently to make sure there were no issues. I highly recommend this property & the rental company.

Wow! Our family had a wonderful time together at this beautiful home. Plenty of room, so close to the beach, and our own pool which was perfect for the grandkids. Overall

Seaside on 7th provided a wonderful home for our family get together. It offered plenty of room to share meals and conversations. The ice maker in the wet bar was a fantastic plus. The two upstairs bedrooms had sleeping nooks which were perfect for the little ones. It was very beneficial to have multiple off street parking spots. The rental was located within easy walking distance to the beach. It was convenient getting supplies back and forth to our tent. The on site pool provided an great alternative to the sand and surf. We will have many fond memories of our time on Tybee and the good times we shared at Seaside on 7th.

Loved the place. Very roomy. My group of nine were able to spread out. Very clean. The outdoor enclosed showers really helped. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool. Property management promptly addressed any questions or concerns we had.

We had a wonderful time at Seaside on 7th. Our group was a multi-generational family and this home was perfect for our needs. They layout of the home was great and it really maximized every inch of space. We were able to all be together in the common spaces and also have some privacy in the bedrooms when kids needed naps etc. Everything was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was amazing. This property surpassed our expectations and we will for sure be back!

This unit is roomy, nicely furnished, close to beach access point, small pool the grandkids enjoyed when not at the beach. Large master suite, 2 (family) rooms with large bed and 2 twin beds tucked in dormer area. Another bedroom on ground level. Very nice furnished deck great for hanging out. Kitchen was equipped with most commonly used cookware and dishes. Garage and parking area, plus residual beach equipment available to use. Tybee Island is a nice small beach town with minimal commercialization.
