Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

We absolutely loved this condo! It’s spacious and decorated very nicely! The kitchen set up was very convenient with plenty of counter space and nice appliances and the bathrooms were nice too! Very short walk to the beach and the SB community pool!

This is our 2nd year staying in this building. This unit was PERFECT! It felt so homey and welcoming. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach is so close and restaurants are right there. We did have a bathroom door that didn't lock and it was fixed within hours. I highly recommend staying here! The only complaint is the parking. We have a Ford Truck and it was so nerve-racking trying to park it!

Our stay with Southern Belle on Tybee Island at Silver Sands was outstanding! The rental unit was just steps from the beach, pristinely cleaned, and access to the resort-style pool really made our stay so we did not want to leave! We will be using Southern Belle for all of our future Tybee Island and Savannah stays!

Loved this place. Very beautiful and close to everything. Parking was the only issue having to pay about $25.00 a day and move between beach and allowed parking at the pool after hrs at night. Our truck was too big to try to park in our allotted spot for the residence to swing out and into the spot from the narrow road and fence. Other than that we had a wonderful time and so happy it was pet friendly

We enjoyed the beautiful condo, was very stocked and roomy for our stay. The door handle gave some issues but the maintenance team was very responsive and quick to get handled. As others had commented the parking was tight, but our tahoe fit in parking, just had to be careful, but great place and would stay again. Loved it since was so close to the beach and the porch was nice.

We really enjoyed staying at Silver Sands this past weekend. The condo had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching people walk to and from the beach. It was a pet friendly condo, and it was very clean and neat. There was plenty of room. Parking for this building is pretty tight and even more so for this particular unit because of a utility pole, but my husband was able to back my GX460 in when I could not. His yacht sized F250 wouldn't fit, so he paid for Tybee Island for parking. The parking situation was disclosed in our paper work, so we were prepared for it, just giving a heads up on what will fit and what won't fit. We plan on renting this one again!

We enjoyed staying at the Silver Sands. It was clean, spacious for a family of 4, and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We also loved that this place had a keyless entry. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
