Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Fabulous View with a comfortable home

Overall

The seven of us truly enjoyed our stay at the Sunny Breeze. The home was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a cook out using the gas grill on the back patio and lounged on the roof deck watching the ocean. The best part was the deck off of the main living area. We spent hours people watching, ship watching and looking for dolphins. Our only caution is if you are mobility impaired - this house has a lot of stairs. They weren't a problem for us. All in all, we would HIGHLY recommend the Sunny Breeze and Southern Belle Rentals - you guys are the best!

Overall

The space was lovely, well maintained and beautifully decorated. Loved the views from the living area and the master bedroom. The guide book for Tybee island was helpful as we went during off season. This is definitely a great place to stay right on the beach. One caveat, is the living area is on the top floor so if you’re not into stairs, this would not be ideal. For us the baby loved it.

We loved this condo! Great stay and a PERFECT location. Just steps away from the beach; this was great especially for the kiddos! We really enjoyed the balcony over looking the beach which was beautiful. Southern Belle followed up with us to ensure our check in went smooth and we experienced no issues! Highly Recommend!!

We LOVE this place! Best location!! We walked everywhere we went. The maintenance man was great to talk to (he had to change out a tv). He gave us tips and places to go! They communicated with us to make sure everything was going well for us. The only suggestions I would make would be to put tv's in all the bedrooms (we had teens with us) and update the kitchen accessories (pot holders, scissors, pans, etc). We most definitely will be back!!

Overall

This place was wonderful. We come to Tybee multiple times every year. This was in the perfect location to the beach and the shops/restaurants. We were able to walk to all of the popular bars and restaurants on the south beach end. We could see the pier from our balcony but was far enough down not to have the busy parking lot as our view like the time we stayed at Tybee Hotel. There's a lot of steps in the house so I don't know that I would want to bring small kids here, but for an adult or older kid trip, it was perfect!
