Upstairs, three bedrooms offer privacy and rest. Two feature luxurious king-sized beds where you can stretch out and relax. The master suite opens to a private balcony that’s ideal for sharing that first cup of coffee over an intimate conversation. Crisp blue and white décor encourages restful nights. Amenities include a flat-screen television with Netflix, a ceiling fan, bedside table lamps, and a closet for storage. With a full bathroom just through the door, you have everything you need in your own dedicated space. The second bedroom features a beach-friendly theme with bleached wood furnishings, a ceiling fan, and sea turtle wall art. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds for the kids or singles in your party, a ceiling fan, and a large, sunny window. The sofa downstairs doubles as a pullout bed, so you have an additional berth if needed. An outdoor grill and patio seating, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are all included. Tybee Dreamin’ is ideally located near the heart of the action on Tybee, yet its quiet neighborhood location is great for winding down after busy days. This vacation rental Tybee is within a short walk of South Beach, the most popular beach on Tybee Island. You and your group can spend long, lovely days on the strand among locals and visitors alike, getting to know the character and culture of Southern Georgia.

One of the awe-inspiring sights that first comes into view when you reach South Beach at the end of Tybrisa Street is the wooden Tybee Pier and Pavilion, which stretches out from the beach into the surf as if reaching for the sunrise. The structure, rising high above the ocean waves, is a popular place for events like music, weddings, and parties. The original Pier and Pavilion, known as the Tybrisa Pavilion, dates back to 1891 when the Central of Georgia Railroad financed its creation. Unfortunately, that historic structure burned to the ground in 1967. Tybee Island residents teamed up with Chatham County to rebuild the pier, which opened in August 1996. They christened the rebuilt landmark the Tybrisa Pavilion II.

Be sure to stroll out onto the pier when you head to South Beach for some fun in the sun. It is free and open to the public. You might see a dedicated angler reeling in the day’s catch or get a glimpse of a bridal party. You will also find picnic tables where you can watch the big cargo ships heading toward Savannah Harbor while you enjoy yummy snacks from the Pavilion’s Sweet Dreams Bar & Grill.

When you need a break and a refreshing meal, the best food and beverages the island has to offer are just a quick walk back down Tybrisa Street. Fanny’s on the Beach and Wet Willies offer adult beverages and icy soft drinks alike to wet your whistle. Use the walk-up windows for to-go food, or try a sit-down lunch at Spanky’s Beachside on Strand Avenue. Get a hearty breakfast before you hit the beach at the Sunrise Restaurant near South Beach on Butler Avenue.

Southern Belle Pool

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

perfect Spot for a Sisters trip

This house was ideal for 3 sisters getting together for a few days. the location was on quiet street, very private backyard, and easy walk to shops, restaurants, beach, etc. The house was spacious, nicely decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this house. if you have difficulty with stairs, it may not be the right place since all the bedrooms are on the second floor. But for us, it was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tybee Dreamin!It's a great and quiet location with a short walk to the beach and little downtown area. The house itself had everything we needed with a family of five. Spacious kitchen with an open living room floor plan. I kind of liked that all the bedrooms were upstairs and separated from the common area downstairs. I could go on and on about how much I liked the house and area, but I will just say we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arrises. Thanks!

The house was even better than the photos show! We had 5 people and the house had more than enough space. The first floor is open with lots is seating, great for a family gathering. The house was well stocked. Communication was excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. It was about a 30 minute drive to Savannah. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice home in Tybee South area. Convenient to restaurants/bar/beach.Great backyard for your pets. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Minimal extra kitchen spices, etc. Bring extra towels since you only get one each. If you plan to use the BBQ , check the gas tank. Ours was empty but we found out if we called the company would have brought us a replacement. Comfortable beds, TVs in all the rooms. Over all 5/5.

We enjoyed our stay in Tybee to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The house was exactly as described and very clean. We loved having the backyard for the dogs. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. Loved how close the property is located to restaurants, beach, and Savannah. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Home was in a quiet residential neighborhoo and was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic cooking needs. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs but no laundry detergent. The king sized bed did not have motion isolation - beware if you have a restless bed partner. It's within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the small IGA grocery store. Would stay here again if in the area.

A very well done renovation. Excellent layout, extremely clean, well stocked kitchen...a perfect home for a Tybee stay. Good location (5 min walk to the beach & pier area). No cable to speak of...only Wea Channel & locals) but TV's are smart ones & you can access your streaming services. Would happily rent again.
