Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The pictures don’t do the place any justice. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. I also loved that we were so close to everything. We happened to be here for the St. Patty’s day parade which was one block away from us. Absolutely perfect. The company was very easy to work with and they checked up on us to ensure all utilities were working as they should. We would stay here again 10/10!

We were visiting from Montreal, Canada and it was our first time in Savannah. We loved the city and everything it had to offer. Victoria's on Lincoln is a lovely home away from home. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean and a well equiped kitchen. After a full day of walking through all corners of the city we were happy to come back to our "home" and spend the evening cooking up a homemade meal and just chillin with a glass of wine.

This immaculate home sits in the perfect location to walk the entire Historic District and the Riverfront. The rental was clean and easy to access, exactly as advertised. The only change I would suggest is the sheets on the trundle bed appeared to be full size sheets and they slipped of the mattress frequently. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location, the historic charm of the building, and the cozy decor. Our family of 5 had a great time. Size of the rental was perfect for us even with the 1 bathroom. We utilized the living room and dining area to relax and visit with one another and enjoy a snack or 2 between shopping and tours. We felt safe and had no concerns while there.

117 Lincoln was the perfect place to spend a long weekend. The apartment was HUGE and decorated in such a charming way! The place was equipped throughout with plenty of towels, very soft linens, plenty of cookware and spices. Our favorite part was the unique balcony overlooking the trees and the street! The apartment is within 10 min walking distance to everything you would want to explore in downtown! I would 100% stay here again.

We were very happy with our stay at Victoria's on Lincoln. It accommodated three of us perfectly and put us steps away from dozens of eating and shopping options and only a couple of blocks from the riverfront. The unit is nicely decorated and supplied with local reading materials, has a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed reading and relaxing in the living room with it's south facing balcony and plentiful light filtering through enough tree shade to keep it fresh but cool. Southern Belle provided great service and much lower overhead than AirBnB. We had a lovely time!
