Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

We enjoyed out stay at this property. The home was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. I also really liked the shower in master bath. The location is convenient to Forsyth park and my kids walked most everywhere they went during out stay. We would definitely consider this property again.

Everything you would expect. Able to walk Forsyth Park at anytime. Collins Quarter Cafe in park. Able to walk downtown and to Starland. Perfect place to stay. This was my 2nd stay here and it is perfect! Use to rent townhouse downtown, but this is the best!

Walk to Forsyth was the perfect house for a weekend visit with our granddaughter (a freshman and GA Southern), daughter and son-in-law. We loved the layout of the house. We have stayed in many rental homes and even owned a vacation rental for a while, Walk to Forsyth was the cleanest home we have ever rented. The kitchen (although we didn't cook much this time) was very well equipped and roomy. I liked that each room had a king size bed. The mattresses were very comfortable and I am glad you still provide a top sheet. We did, in fact, Walk to Forsyth and really enjoyed the fall-like temperatures, beautiful trees and seeing so many people enjoying the park. I would definitely rent this property again, if I travel back to Savannah.

I have learned over the years to manage my expatiations. The wife found the property for our family and I went with it. When we arrived it was far better in person than the pictures or videos showed. The property was clean, very clean. It was way bigger than expected and was perfect for the 7 adults and 1 child we had staying. However for me that was not the best part. The day of our arrival the rental company txt me and gave me an update on the availability of the room and it was a person. Once we checked in they checked on us again to make sure everything was in order. That is how it was for the whole trip. I had a direct line with someone to help me if there was an issue. It was fabulous!

Our stay at this home in Savannah was nothing short of amazing. It offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. Property was incredible! Sometimes when you see the photos you hope it looks just as good upon arrival. This property was even better in person. The location is perfect!!! Whether we were sipping sweet tea on the porch, exploring the nearby historic sites, or enjoying the home's luxurious amenities, we felt completely at home. Please say thank you to your cleaners. The place was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. We didn't really cook but we did use the coffee maker. We had a little trouble with the lock (but that was us turning the knob the wrong way). Once we got the hang of it, we really had no trouble. The house was better than we expected. It was the first time my sisters ever stayed in an Airbnb and they now think they may use one when they travel. It was better than even the pictures in the ad! And every time I texted with questions, someone responded right away. We really enjoyed our stay and I have already recommended it to people I know.

When we arrived the Walk to Forsyth was immaculate! The cleaning crew had done an excellent job! The home with its high ceilings and beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and beautiful large windows was a perfect place for our stay in Savannah. The street it was located on was beautiful and the walk to the park was quick. We had trouble finding a coffee shop that was close. But that was our only problem and it was a minor one! We loved our stay and plan to return to this beautiful home in the future for another stay. Your response time to any questions was also excellent! Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable!

The location is perfect to walk to Forsyth Park. It is not too far to walk to downtown (assuming you are an active person). The townhouse is spacious. Plenty of room for up to 6 persons. It is dog friendly. However, if your dog is older (like ours) the number of stairs to 2nd floor is alot.

We spent Christmas weekend in Savannah and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was the perfect set up. We loved the secure parking area and it was closer to River Street than we thought it would be. It was less than a 5 minute drive and always had plenty of spaces to park. Only recommendation I would have is to have more glasses to drink out of. We will highly recommend this property and will be back again.

We had a lovely time at Walk to Forsyth! The main floor is spacious and comfortable. We made breakfast there every morning before we walked to Forsyth (and all the squares). The home was clean. The rooms were comfortable. Excellent water pressure in the showers! And very handy to have laundry! We can't wait to come back!

Amazing house, amazing stay!! we stayed five days to drop our daughter off for college and this house couldn’t have been better. Close to everything, we walked almost every day we were here - not just Forsyth Park being close, but the walk to Broughton was no more than 15 minutes. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could want. Top end appliances made cooking a snap. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We stayed in this unit for several days. It was immaculately clean upon arrival, is incredibly open and spacious, has nice touches such as a working grill, screened porch, filtered water in the fridge and a few games. The TVs are gigantic, as is the couch and kitchen. It's on a nice block with easy street parking - we never used the allotted space - just remember to watch the street sweeping schedule and park according to that. Loved this place!

From the moment we opened the door we were in awe of this beautiful home! The accommodations could not have been better. Great place for our girls trip to Savannah! As the name suggests, it is within walking distance of Forsyth Park and the wonderful cafe, Collins Quarters, within Forsyth Park. The off street parking was nice too! Short drive to Tybee Island (Recommend Pier 16 there). Pool was smaller than expected but - who needs a pool when the ocean front is right there?!? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! Thank you!!

House was immaculate, beautiful with tons of amenities and in a perfect location - truly is just is a hop, skip and a jump to Forsyth Park. The secure parking for our car came in handy too. Really liked the patio, screened in porch and front of the house balcony (heavenly on a warm Savannah night). Will stay here again!
